Within three years, free cleaning, resizing of ring bands, and adjusting necklace lengths are available. Shipping costs for modifications are the responsibility of the customer.
Changes in style require sending the item to the after-sales department at the customer’s expense for price evaluation. Proof of purchase is required for repairs and cleaning.
Custodial Service for Diamond Rough
Customers who purchase additional services for memorial diamonds can enjoy lifelong custodial service free of charge.
If you wish to handle the rough diamond yourself, an additional 20% fee based on the preserved rough diamond price is required. The rough diamond will be packaged and shipped to you at no additional cost.
Free Engraving
We offer free engraving service within one year, limited to machine engraving with a maximum of 16 characters.
